... is best-known on Majorca. The businessman from Salzburg (Austria) has been afilliated with the island for more than 35 years. Since then he has sold here more than 1,000 real estate units. At the same time he has run a very successful office for industrial objects in Düsseldorf, Germany.
After he had decided to concentrate all his power on Majorca Günther H. Kahler was one of those, who formed Majorca that way how it is today. On his recommendation the Dorint-Hotel-Group came to Camp de Mar and planted a new 5-stars-hotel. He was the person with the idea to create a "V.I.P. area" there and he convinced formula I-star Michael Schuhmacher, his manager Willi Weber and top model Claudia Schiffer to invest in Camp de Mar property. In many years of friendship and co-operation he was and is related to the late star-arquitect Pedro Otzoup an the international investor Prince Zourab Tchkotoua, who is until now president and partial owner of the golf course "Golf de Andratx" in Camp de Mar.
